Eva Rider Approach & Roots

My work is rooted in Jungian depth psychology, alchemy, astrology, dreamwork, and Kabbalah and shaped by an imaginal, embodied, and symbolic approach. I draw from decades of study and practice to accompany people who are seeking meaning, clarity, and a deeper relationship with themselves and life.

Rather than focusing solely on pathology or crisis, this work honors creativity, intuition, and the psyche’s natural movement toward wholeness. Dreams, symbols, and the body become living guides — revealing patterns, possibilities, and new ways of inhabiting one’s life with presence and imagination.

Hello! My name is Eva Rider.

We all benefit from a trusted guide at different moments in life.

I’m Eva Rider, a Jungian depth psychotherapist with over 30 years of training, study, and professional experience. My work integrates psychology, symbolism, and embodied practices to support individuals who are curious, reflective, and committed to personal growth.

Influenced by the work of C.G. Jung and Marion Woodman, I bring image, myth, dreamwork, astrology, Kabbalah, and archetypal inquiry into therapy sessions, courses, and workshops. I work with people who are not only seeking relief from difficulty, but also a deeper sense of meaning, creativity, and connection to their inner life.

My intention is to offer a warm, thoughtful, and grounded space for exploration — one that supports emotional wellbeing, imagination, and the unfolding of a more authentic way of living.
