Meet Eva Rider

I am a Jungian depth psychotherapist and licensed Marriage Family Therapist (MFT) who has been in private practice since 1995. I specialize in working with adult individuals seeking meaning and soul purpose through all life transitions, as well as adults working through issues of grief, loss, trauma, stress, abuse, low self esteem and life transitions.

My extensive training includes a deep study of the psychology of C.G. Jung. I have also trained directly with Marion Woodman in BodySoul Rhythms®️, and am certified in TRE®️, somatic trauma release exercises, Hypnotherapy, SoulCollage®️ and Movement-Expression®️.

I dedicate my work to a synthesis of deep soul psychological exploration, incorporating dreamwork, astrology, expressive arts and alchemy using Hermetic Kabbalah as the Map to understanding the Self in its journey towards Individuation and wholeness.

Client sessions are available online an in-person, and involve an integration of image, symbol and archetype with active imagination, creativity and BodySoul Rhythms work. This work carries over into my workshops and classes that I offer online and in-person throughout the year.

This integration provides a safe container for transformation in our changing, shifting times.
